Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
Plan, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) in the context of cybersecurity.
Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, email, and other digital channels to ensure alignment with the brand voice.
Use SEO, SEM, and PPC tactics to improve website traffic and rankings.
Analyze website performance metrics and implement improvements based on insights.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across key platforms.
Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging marketing materials.
Manage budgets for digital campaigns and report ROI to stakeholders.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
Demonstrated success in managing and executing digital campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing are a plus.
Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing.
Knowledge of basic design principles and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
